Where is your company based?

We are based in Toronto. We produce everything on demand, using state-of-the-art global fulfillment centers located in the United States, Canada, and Europe.

Distributed on-demand manufacturing allows us to reduce waste, support local economies, and promote sustainability. That translates to lower carbon emissions, more efficient delivery, and no overproduction.

What printing method do you use?

All our apparel is produced using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing. This method offers vibrant, long-lasting prints and allows us to produce items on-demand, which reduces waste. We produce everything on demand, using state-of-the-art global fulfillment centers, to reduce waste, support local economies, and promote sustainability. That means lower carbon emissions, efficient delivery, and no overproduction.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We select high quality products and work with highly reputable printers, so returns are rare. When issues arise, we do our best to make things right!

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item has any defects in materials or workmanship, we will gladly accept a return or exchange.

Sizing Issues: Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to improper sizing. Please make sure to consult our size charts before placing your order.

How do I care for my custom printed apparel?

DTG prints are very durable, but there are steps you can take to further preserve the print quality such as:

  • Wash inside-out in cold water.
  • Use a mild detergent and do not use bleach.
  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry.

Will my t-shirts shrink after I wash and dry them?

All our shirts are preshrunk, which reduces typical shrinkage to 3%-5%. Hanging your shirts to dry is ideal but, in most cases, not necessary.

Are minor color variations normal?

While we strive for consistency, colors on-screen and actual printed colors can vary due to monitor calibration, fabric material, and the DTG process itself. Variations are normally minimal, if any do arise.

Can I customize or personalize my order?

We currently do not offer any customization or personalization options.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship orders globally. However, please note that shipping times can vary depending on the destination.

What is your shipping policy?

We make every effort to process and dispatch orders promptly while prioritizing quality. Typical fulfillment and delivery times are as follows:

Fulfillment Time: 5 – 10 business days for production.
Delivery Time: 5 – 10 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number so you can monitor the shipment online, in real time.

How long does fulfillment and shipping take?

  • Fulfillment Time: 5 – 10 business days (since each item is made to order).
  • Shipping Time: 5 – 10 business days on average once your order is fulfilled.

Please keep in mind that shipping times can fluctuate based on location and any potential customs delays.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes on my order?

We make every effort to manufacture our products where our customers are located. As such, duties and taxes don't apply to most orders. In the event, the local fulfillment center is unable to fulfill your order or one isn't available in your area, duties, customs fees, or import taxes may be imposed by the receiving country. More often than not, however, apparel orders fall within low-value duty-free thresholds, so they don't apply. Please note, payment for any duties, customs fees, or import taxes imposed by the receiving country are the responsibility of the customer.
