Standard Fulfillment and Delivery Times
We make every effort to process and dispatch orders promptly while prioritizing quality. Typical fulfillment and delivery times are as follows:
Fulfillment Time: 5 – 10 business days for production.
Delivery Time: 5 – 10 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location.
Please note, business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Orders to remote or rural areas may also experience slightly longer transit times. Sometimes delays can occur due to factors beyond our control including peak season lead-times, customs processing, or unexpected carrier issues. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.
Global Fulfillment
Once your order is received, it is routed to one of our state-of-the-art fulfillment partners strategically located across the globe — including locations in the US, Europe, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. We aim to produce our apparel as close to your delivery address as possible to reduce the carbon footprint, support the local economy, and minimize potential shipping hassles.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number so you can monitor the shipment.
Carrier Responsibility: Once your package leaves the production facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
Lost or Delayed Orders: If your order appears to be lost or is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please email us at support@nonobueno.com. Delivery Locations: Please kindly ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Nonobueno™ is not responsible for delays or any additional fees that may arise from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please note, carriers may leave packages in secure locations (e.g., porches, mailrooms) if you are not available to receive them.
Custom Orders & Cancellations
Because our products are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled once they’re in production, which typically occurs within 48 hours of order placement. If you need to update or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@nonobueno.com
Additional Shipping Policies
Customs & Duties: International customers may be subject to import taxes or customs fees upon delivery. These are not included in your purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
Returned Shipments: Shipments returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address can be reshipped at additional charge.
