Thank you for shopping at nonobueno.com! We’re fully committed to delivering high-quality products made just for you. Please note, since all of our items are custom printed and made to order, our return and exchange policy is limited to defects in materials or workmanship as outlined below.


30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 30 days and we’ll gladly arrange for a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


What’s Covered

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The following returns or exchanges are typically covered:

  • Defects in materials (e.g., fabric flaws, damaged prints)
  • Workmanship issues (e.g., misaligned prints, incorrect stitching)
  • Incorrect items (e.g., wrong product, color, or design sent)

The refund and return process is outlined in the following sections below.


What’s Not Covered

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sizing issues (please refer to our sizing chart before ordering)
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Please double-check all selections and address details before completing your order.


Lost or Missing Orders

While rare, we understand that shipping issues can occur, and we're here to help. Here’s how we handle them:

Orders Lost in Transit

If your order hasn’t arrived, and it’s been more than 10 business days since the expected delivery date, please contact us. We will:

  • Open a claim with the carrier
  • Send a replacement free of charge once confirmed lost
  • Refund the order if a replacement is not preferred

Please note, during peak times, deliveries may take much longer than expected.

 

Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered, but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.
  • Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  • If the package is still missing, contact us immediately at support@nonobueno.com.

While we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered, we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue, which may include offering a one-time replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.


Refund and Return Process

Please contact us by email at support@nonobueno.com with the following information:

    • Your order and tracking numbers
    • Clear photos of the defect
    • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request within 2 – 3 business days and follow up with you regarding next steps. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.


European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
